i am so grateful for Tune Society because its been bringing in some extra coin every month! and all the music i have uploaded would literally just be sitting on my hard drive collecting dust.
so i just wanted to encourage you my fellow composers, if you have it, upload it! because its not making you any money sitting on your hard-drive!
peace and love,
LA.

I gotta second that! Just sold my first song yesterday. Who'd a thunk it? I am very grateful for a real, legit outlet that is accessible to ME. I am humbled to be in society of such great musicians.
For once, I'm glad someone gave me the Bird!
Keep on uploading! If I can sell one, you can too!
Thanks for the encouragement~

I think artists get intimidated when it comes to posting music online. They become afraid that their music is not good enough. They become afraid that another artist may do what they do better. They just become afraid of success.
But in the end, there is no competition. Not even a little bit. Artists need to share what they have and forget about being perfect. As long as artists know who they are and how to present themselves, nothing else is important.

Hey, just joined and wanted to say hello! So far I really like this site - nice and clean and a breeze to upload stuff.
I can understand being shy of letting people hear your music. On the other hand... having somebody actually pay for a song is one of the best feelings you can have, not just for the money but because it means someone liked your creative work enough to shell out some cold hard cash for it.
Anyway, just thought I'd chime in and say hi!
