We want to know what you think.
We are always looking for ways to tune-up the site and add functionality. But we can't "guess" your thoughts. So post your ideas. Let's talk about what would take this site from GREAT to GREATEST!
What do you like? What don't you like? Why? What makes sense? Are there any more "out of the box" solutions / models we aren't thinking of?
Thanks in advance.
I look forward to chatting.

I posted on here but can't seem to see it anywhere.
My question was...
Does the tune bird "tweet" on Twitter?

We DO tweet on Twitter. Search for Tune Society and you can follow us...and we'll follow you.
Also, let me check into the issue with your posting.
Thanks!

When in the manage songs page, you see if each song is "featured" and how many times, can we be able to find out where it is featured?
Also will it be possible to rename a song, instead of removing it and re-adding it if we made a mistake?

Chris,
Great questions. And good ideas. I'm going to let Chris Wang, our IT guy, handle these questions. I know that HE can see this stuff. Ha! But we are in the dark.
:)
Actually, he really wants to know your ideas on this because he is continually updating a list of features to add.
Chris Wang...any thoughts?

Hi Chris,
Here's our thinking on the "Featured" concept. Featured means that it's either in a music box or has been chosen as a Tune Society pick of the month. We currently do not let artists see what is featured because we want to protected the privacy of our buyers. It's a hard line to draw. Users of the music are doing projects that haven't been released yet, and they'll typically add songs to their music boxes that they are thinking about using and buying.
With that said, we are planning on adding a new feature called Showcases where buyers can put a video or posting of their work and identify which songs they have used in that work. This will allow both the buyer and the artist a chance to "show off" their stuff while protecting everyone's privacy.
About renaming, let us think about that again. Our main concern with the renaming of songs was that songs are being reviewed, placed in music boxes, etc., and users might get confused if a song they reviewed or added to a music box was named something different entirely from when they added it. We could allow changing of the name if it hasn't been reviewed or featured though which would work for what you're talking about.
Please keep the ideas, questions, etc coming! We want to offer the best service possible and we need that feedback to make it happen!

Yea I think you have the right idea, once its featured or used it can't be modified, but before that you can, that will allow people who make stupid typos and mistakes be able to fix them without redoing the whole process.

Hi Chris T,
Wanted to let you know that we've added in the ability to change the song name now if it's not featured and not purchased! Thanks for the suggestion!
